2. Our two roles
As a controller, we decide how we handle your account and billing data (name, email, workspace, usage). As a processor, we handle the listing content you import on behalf of your agency — photos, listing details, and addresses — strictly to produce your videos and under your instructions. Your agency remains the controller of that content.
3. What we process
- Account & workspace: name, email, sign-in codes, workspace name, branding (logo, colour, contact details).
- Listing content you import: property photos, scraped listing details (price, rooms, surface, address) and any text you add. This may incidentally contain personal data of third parties (e.g. people visible in photos) — you confirm you are entitled to use it (see our Terms).
- Usage & technical: log data, IP address, device/browser info, and product analytics needed to operate and secure the service.

4. Why we process it (legal bases)
- Contract — to provide the service you sign up for.
- Legitimate interests — to secure, maintain, and improve the service.
- Consent — for optional cookies/analytics and any marketing email.
- Legal obligation — accounting and tax records.

Some providers are located outside the EEA (notably the United States). Where that is the case, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Retention
We keep account data for as long as your workspace is active and delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period after closure, except where we must retain records by law. Listing content and generated videos are kept while the reel exists and removed when you delete it.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email privacy@reelio.video. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
9. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, and review them as the service evolves.
10. Changes
We may update this policy; the “last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
