1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Reelio, you agree to these terms on behalf of your agency or business. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Reelio turns property photos and listing details into short vertical videos. It is provided for professional, business use by real-estate teams.
3. Accounts & workspaces
You are responsible for your account, your workspace members, and keeping your credentials secure. Activity within your workspace is your responsibility.
4. Acceptable use — your content
You may only import, capture, or upload content that belongs to you or to your agency, or that you are explicitly authorised to use. You must not scrape or use third-party, competitor, or other listings you have no right to. You are responsible for holding all necessary rights and consents — including from any people visible in photos — and you will not use the service for anything unlawful, infringing, or misleading.
5. AI-generated output
Listing details are detected automatically and videos are AI-generated; both may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing every reel and its on-screen details before publishing.
6. Credits & payment
Generation is metered in credits (one credit per reel; retries, re-stitches, and music swaps are free within fair-use limits). Any trial credits and paid plans are described at sign-up.
7. Intellectual property
You keep all rights to the content you upload and the videos you generate. You grant us the limited licence needed to host and process them to provide the service. The Reelio platform, software, and branding remain ours.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, in particular the acceptable-use rules in section 4.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law, and disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
